Total Rehab at Home was established in 2010 by local Physical Therapist, Steven Kunkel, Jr. and his wife Keri. While working with the geriatric community in Northeastern Maryland for over ten years, Steve identified a need for in-home therapy services under the Medicare Part B benefit. Medicare Part B patients are eligible to receive in-home physical, and occupational therapy services without a homebound classification or nursing care.
